What To Expect

Traveling to Tibet is a unique and awe-inspiring experience, offering adventure motorcyclists a chance to explore a region rich in natural beauty, spiritual history, and distinctive culture on two wheels. Located on the high plateau of Central Asia, Tibet is often called "The Roof of the World" due to its extreme elevation and rugged terrain, with much of the region above 12,000 feet (3,600 meters) in altitude.

Our experience takes in breathtaking landscapes, from the towering peaks of the Himalayas, including Mount Everest, to serene high-altitude lakes like Yamdrok and Namtso. The vast Tibetan Plateau is dotted with rolling grasslands, deserts, and ancient monasteries.

Tibet is the spiritual home of Tibetan Buddhism, and we will explore its many monasteries, temples, and pilgrimage sites, including the Jokhang Temple and the Potala Palace, once the residence of the Dalai Lama.

Tibet is one of those places that simply must be visited. And there is undoubtedly no better way to explore this mythical place than on one of our Royal Enfield Himalayan 450s!
